Underwater Thruster

1. We have installed the over temperature protection, over-current protection, and power isolation for the built-in drive. A ramp linear processing is performed on the control signal. These settings allow the thruster to switch directions frequently and quickly. It is conducive to adapting to corresponding working conditions.

2. The voltage can fluctuate between +-15% without affecting the stability of underwater electric thruster.

3. A long service life with 3000 hours of continuous running.

4. It adopts magnetically coupled drive technology, is the one that magnet array fitted inside the propeller hub is driven by the one attached inside the housing of the thruster, so as to realize non-contact and leak-free transmission of torque.

This structure will produce ratchet effect in case of overload, to prevent objects from getting wrapped the propeller, causing high current then burning components.

5. The internal core component use our own produced high power density DC brushless motor, it allows the thruster to provide a relatively large thrust within a limited volume. High slot filling rate of DC brushless motor make sure its stable and reliable performance, high temperature and vibration resistance.

6. We have already added capacitors internally, effectively reducing BEMF's damage.

7. Client can choose between RPM open-loop or closed-loop. Closed-loop is more conducive to consistency when multiple products are used simultaneously
