Details:
Heli one-trip casing exit system consists of a high-efficiency milling shoe assembly (window opening shoe, window repair shoe, etc.), connection bolts, whipstock, hydraulic line and anchor. When the whipstock string is lowered to the preset depth and orientation, the mud pump is activated. Driven by pump pressure, the piston is pushed to shear the anchoring shear pins, thereby ejecting the slips. Then, the string is pressed downward to shear the connecting bolts between the mill shoe and the whipstock. After that, a certain downward pressure is continuously applied to ensure the anchoring structure is fully set, and then the casing window milling operation can be carried out. If it is necessary to retrieve the whipstock subsequently, a matching taper tap can be run into the well for fishing. After the taper tap successfully catches the whipstock, the string is lifted to a specified tonnage to release the anchoring suspension and retrieve the whipstock.
