Characteristics and Advantages

 

Customers can choose between open-loop or closed-loop. Closed loop is more conducive to the consistency of multiple operations

 

1. The power isolation, over-current protection and over-temp. protection are installed in the built-in driver. A ramp linear processing is performed on the control signal. These two upgrades allow the underwater thruster to switch directions frequently and quickly. And voltage fluctuations +-15% will not cause any harm to it. The thruster will has long-life.

2. We use water-lubricated alloy bearings, which are very good in terms of wear resistance and quality.

3. Our thruster applies advanced magnetic coupling driving technology, which greatly reduces the impact an vibration during the operation of the thruster and prolongs the service life of the propeller. All electrical components are absolutely sealed in the cabin, reducing the risk of leakage, so it has a high reliability.

4. High power density DC brushless motor allows underwater thruster to has a relatively large thrust within a limited dimension.

5. The perfect combination of motor&drive&propeller, underwater thruster has high efficiency and can meet the non-standard customization requirements

6. We have added capacitors internally, effectively reducing BEMF's damage to the thruster.
