Small Underwater Thruster

2. Alloy bearings with water lubricating effect, which are very advantageous in terms of wear resistance and quality.

3. The thruster adopt magnetically coupled drive technology, is the one that magnet array fitted inside the propeller hub is driven by the one attached inside the housing of the thruster, so as to realize non-contact and leak-free transmission of torque. magnetically coupling structure will produce ratchet effect in case of overload, to prevent the damages caused by objects jammed into the propeller.

4. The internal core component use high power density DC brushless motor, so the small underwater thruster can also provide a relatively large thrust.

5. The perfect combination of motor+drive+propeller, underwater thruster has high efficiency and can be used for non-standard customization requirements

6. The power supply and signal power have been internally isolated to effectively reduce the interference and other issues. Customer can take additional isolation measures.

7. We have added capacitors internally, effectively reducing BEMF's damage to the thruster. However, in order to enhance this effect, it is suggested that the customer also increase the capacitor group with low equivalent resistance near the two ends of the power supply.

 

Underwater thrusters can serve as power systems for various types of underwater vehicles, such as ROV, AUV, UUV etc..

This model has a small size and high thrust, and can be used in deep water environments. It is commonly used for work-class ROV or auxiliary propulsion of AUV.
