Characteristics and Advantages
1. Built-in driver with over-temp. protection, over-current protection, and power isolation settings. They make the thruster run more stably and reliably.
2. Willow leaf blade design, it can provide higher efficiency at different knots. It is especially suitable for AUV propulsion application.
3. The voltage fluctuation range can be within +-15%, and operation within this range is feasible.
4. A long service life with 3000 hours of continuous running. We conducted fatigue testing and forward&reverse continuous operation testing on the product to ensure good performance
5. It adopts magnetically coupled drive technology, is the one that magnet array fitted inside the propeller hub is driven by the one attached inside the housing of the thruster, so as to realize non-contact and leak-free transmission of torque. This structure will produce ratchet effect in case of overload, avoiding damage to components caused by high currents when water grass wrapping the propeller.
6. The DC brushless motor is handmade by HELI, with high slot filling rate, high precision. It allows the thruster to provide a relatively large thrust within a limited volume.
7. We have already added capacitors internally, effectively reducing BEMF's damage.
8. We can optimize the fluid design according to the actual requirements of customers, minimizing and eliminating roll moments to ensure smooth vehicle operation.

Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: One year. During the warranty period, non-human damage can be repaired for free
Q: How do you handle after-sales issues?
A: We can conduct a video conference to review the issue and provide guidance. If the problem cannot be resolved online, please return the product to our company for repair. Generally, the repair time is 5 days. After testing is normal, we will send back to you.

Q: How to carry out daily maintenance?
A: Due to the magnetic coupling structure of our product, it is maintenance free and very convenient. It only needs routine maintenance: after each operation, wash with fresh water, wipe dry, spray WD40 on bearings, screws and so on.
