Extreme temperature tolerance:
Adopting H-class insulation system+high temperature ceramic coating, the continuous working temperature can reach 200 ℃. Adopting efficient heat dissipation design to ensure controllable temperature rise during high torque operation and extend motor life. Compared to traditional motors, the insulation aging rate at high temperatures is reduced by 60% (verified by ASTM D790 test)
Sealed and corrosion-resistant design:
optional IP68 protection level, anti vibration and anti-corrosion, suitable for extreme working conditions underground or outdoors.
Built in Hall sensor: real-time feedback of speed, temperature, and current, supporting overload, overheating, and short circuit protection.
IoT compatibility: Supports CAN bus and RS485 communication, enabling remote monitoring and predictive maintenance.

Application
Direct high torque output: Optimized electromagnetic design (such as multipole pairs, high magnetic energy product permanent magnets) enables the motor to provide high torque at low speeds, suitable for heavy-duty starting and continuous high load operation.
Wide speed regulation range: maintains stable torque, suitable for applications that require precise speed regulation.
