Hydraulic Oil Requirement
Under general application conditions of Micro High Temperature Oil Pump, it is recommended to use ISO 6743-4 HM series hydraulic oil for hydraulic oil. Please consult the Micro Hydraulic Technology Department for special application scenarios.
The temperature range of the oil medium is -20~150 ℃. At an oil temperature of -20~20 ℃, the oil must be preheated before the pump can be operated. In long-term use, if the oil temperature range is between 20-90 ℃, it is recommended to use hydraulic oil with a viscosity grade of 46mm ²/s; If the oil temperature range is between 90-150 ℃ and above, it is recommended to use 150 mm ²/s.
Recommended hydraulic oil cleanliness level is NAS 7 (NAS 1638/SAE AS4059)
